Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time of your first class to register and find a spot in the room.
Drink plenty of water before and after class. It is important to be well hydrated as you will sweat a lot!
Bring a yoga mat, bath sized towel and a large bottle of water- these items are also available for rent or purchase.
Listen to the instructor and follow their instructions. They have extensive training and have all been certified by Bikram to teach this class series.
This class is as much about the individual as it is about keeping the class together.
Leave shoes at the main entrance and belongings in the dressing room.
The only items allowed in the room are a yoga mat, towel and water bottle.
Please be sure to remove all items you brought with you into the yoga room.
Observe necessary SILENCE in the yoga studio.
Focus on yourself; eliminate your personal distractions. Don't be distracting to yourself or others.
